Is operated by Shawn Adams, a Phoenix native and lifelong resident who cares about your comfort and understands the necessity of cooling in the unforgiving summertime heat of our home in the southern Arizona desert.

We will work many overtime, after hours and weekends restoring cooling for all in need and especially for those with children, elderly and pets who suffer the most during a cooling breakdown.

We offer a simple flat rate price for the most common repairs and a fair hourly rate for labor plus parts and materials for all other types of related work. There are no commisions, no upsells and no gimmicks, just honest diagnostics, repairs and sales.
